At AYM Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. If your new piece doesn't fit or feel quite right, our streamlined process makes exchanges and refunds simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
